Disclaimer: When signing up for a High Roller Membership Friday evenings through Sunday evenings, your membership will not be active until the following Monday when our Member Specialist is back in office.

FAQs

  • No, only the member signed up/listed is able to use them for discounts, bowling, and skating.

  • Ask us! Our team members will be able to check for you and let you know.

  • Free passes can be used for 30 minutes of bowling (shoes not included) or 1 skate session (skates included). They can be used if you run out of sessions for the week. If used for bowling, you can only use up to two at one time.

  • No, because our events are typically priced higher than regular operations we do not allow members to redeem sessions/benefits or free passes for special events. If you are unsure if a certain special event qualifies, just ask us!

  • Contact your membership specialist and they can help arrange a time to pay in person. Only a membership specialist can take in-person payments. You can email us to make arrangements at memberships@bowlandskate.com

  • We understand, things come up. If for any reason you need to pause or cancel your membership, please email us at memberships@bowlandskate.com with the reason for cancelation along with name, member number and when/if you’d like to resume.
