About Us
We are a 24 lane bowling alley that is connected to a classic roller skating rink! Not only that, we have a full restaurant, bar, and arcade! We cater to our community. From birthday parties, private or corporate events, school outings, or a date night, we are the perfect place for everyone to come together.
Our History
Lynnwood Lanes originally opened in 1956. Two years later the Lynnwood Roll-A-Way was opened. Back then, Lynnwood Lanes & the Roll-A-Way were considered two separate businesses. Lynnwood Lanes was considered one of the top league house in the regions. We ran leagues from morning until night including a morning ladies league.
In early 2006 two investors bought the Lynnwood Lanes & Roll-A-Way and changed the name to Lynnwood Bowl & Skate. A major renovation took place in August of 2006, during which the bowling lanes & skating rink were resurfaced, the computer & bowling systems were updated and the restaurant & bar were improved. Perhaps the most significant change was the addition of a glass doorway connecting the bowling side of the business to the roller skating rink. Before this door was added, people had to go outside & walk around the building to get from one attraction to the other. Now we really are the Lynnwood Bowl and Skate.
Many of our customers grew up coming here and they now bring their children and grandchildren. We love serving our community and are excited to do so for many years to come.
